Q. What happens to my reservation if we go into a Lockdown or you are from a government areas which makes it unlawful for you to travel. Or there are local restrictions in place in The Bass Coast Shire?
A. We would love you to consider a date change as we do not take your choice to book with us lightly. If you prefer, we will fully refund your payment so you can feel confident to book again when times are more settled.
Q. What happens if a member of our party tests positive for COVID or is asked to self-isolate through contact tracing when you are due to travel? or have been in close contact with someone confirmed to have COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
A. Standard cancellation terms apply.
Q. We wish to cancel our reservation as we do not feel comfortable travelling during these uncertain times. What are my options?
A. If there is no government restriction in place that affects your stay, then your cancellation would be under our standard cancellation terms.
Q. The balance for our holiday is now due but we are unsure if our booking will go ahead due to COVID?
A. Your balance will need to be paid 48 hours before your arrival date, in line with our booking terms. Should your booking be affected by any restrictions imposed by the government after the payment has been made, then you would receive a full refund.
Q. What happens should you fall ill during your stay?
A. The Inverloch Glamping Co. will not be used as a point of self-isolation. It is recommend if you feel unwell during your stay that you contact us immediately. Return home, get tested and self-isolate at your home. We recommend you source Booking protection Cover for your booking.
Q. If you develop symptoms before you are due to travel?
A. Standard cancellation terms apply. We recommend you purchase booking protectection cover.
Q. What is the best way to communicate a cancellation request.
A. Any cancellation or date change request must be by email and from the email address used to make the booking and sent to email@example.com and be confirmed by response from us.

REST WITH REASSURANCE
We pride ourselves at all times on the high standard of cleanliness and our diligence in creating a safe, relaxing and luxurious stay.
Please be assured we have high standards in place for example:
- Cleaning and disinfecting all contact surfaces.
- Professional grade cleaning products to Australian standards. Thorough cleans in between visits to all accommodations and communal spaces.
- All linen is laundered offsite at a commercial laundry.
- Guests are provided with hand sanitizers.
- A dishwasher is used in the camp kitchen to guarantee a high temperature is used to wash all crockery and cutlery.
- Cleaning products are provided in all accommodations for your use should you wish.
- Your Glamping grounds have many areas which allow for relaxing and entertaining whilstmaintaining safe social distancing. Our setting focuses on the great outdoors and the nature that surrounds you.
When using your lovely camp kitchen please use common sense so that the 1.5 m rule for social distancing is adhered to. If you feel the distancing can not be adhered to, please return at a later time to use the facilities.
We ask that guests do not strip their own beds.
Face masks must be worn in line with Victorian Government guidelines at the time of your stay with us.
